Bradford is a city located in northern England. The borough of Bradford has a population of about 500,000 people, making it the fourth largest district with city status in England.

Bradford is home to Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, the fourth largest chain of supermarkets in the United Kingdom.

The city is also home to Pace plc, a major developer of set top boxes for the largest cable and television providers.

Some cultural places of interests in Bradford are National Media Museum, art galleries Cartwright Hall and Salt's Mill, St George's Concert Hall, and the public Lister Park. The Odeon Leeds-Bradford is a large cinema centre with 13 screens. The Bradford Alhambra is the largest theatre in the city with about 1,500 seating capacity.

The Bradford Royal infirmary is the main hospital operating in the city, and is affiliated with Leeds School of Medicine.
